Manufacturing of high performance ceramics
Since 2008, we have been manufacturing components from high-performance technical ceramics on behalf of our customers. Our focus is on the production of small components made of magnesium and zirconium oxide in different compositions.
The powdery raw materials are first brought into the desired basic form by pressing. In the next step, we machine the resulting green compacts to bring them as close as possible to the desired final contour.
The emergence of the material properties typical for the respective working material takes place during the following sintering in our laboratory furnace.
With the final hard machining, the final geometry is introduced into the ceramic by grinding and polishing. Through this final refinement, our components achieve the tightest tolerances combined with the highest surface quality.
Our components are used in analysis, electrical and medical technology.
